In an effort to provide the best service for all clients, I require 48 hour notice for all schedule adjustments and cancellations.

If for any reason you must cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours, you will be billed 50% of your appointment cost.

If for any reason you just cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you will be billed 100% of your appointment cost.

If you are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days please contact cody@pointlinehair.com to reschedule your appointment. 

If it is discovered that you are COVID-positive during your visit, you will be asked to leave immediately and will still be responsible for full appointment costs as well as an additional cleaning and closure fee of up to $2,500.
